Purchase Options Policy
Last Updated
Last updated: March 31, 2026
Overview
This policy applies only if you purchase a Product through a subscription, recurring delivery arrangement, auto-renewing order, preorder, try-before-you-buy arrangement, or other Purchase Option expressly offered through the Services. If your order is a one-time purchase, this policy does not apply.
Material Terms and Enrollment
The applicable product page, cart, checkout flow, account area, or renewal notice will describe the material terms of the Purchase Option being offered, including the amount or method for determining the charge, the billing cadence or trial period, when you will be charged, how to cancel, and any material eligibility limits, return procedures, deadlines, or special consequences that apply.
By enrolling in a recurring Purchase Option, you authorize Candle Dippers and its payment processors to charge the payment method associated with the arrangement for each renewal order at the applicable recurring price, plus applicable taxes and shipping charges, until the arrangement is canceled.
Cancellation by You
You may cancel an eligible subscription or recurring Purchase Option at any time before the next renewal charge is processed. Once a renewal order has been processed, it cannot always be stopped, but you may still be able to return eligible items in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
To cancel, use the subscription management tool provided through your account, renewal communications, or other purchase-option interface, or contact support@candledippers.com. Where required by law, we will maintain a cancellation method that is at least as easy to use as the method used to enroll.
Timing
To avoid being charged for the next renewal period, cancellation should be completed before the next billing date shown in your account, order details, or renewal notice.
Changes to Recurring Terms
We may change subscription pricing, frequency, availability, or product assortment from time to time. If a material change affects an active recurring arrangement, we will provide notice as required by law or by the applicable purchase-option platform before the change takes effect.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the charge, pause the subscription, suspend future renewals, request updated payment information, or cancel the recurring arrangement.
Preorders
If a preorder option is offered, estimated ship dates are estimates only and may change. If we materially delay a preorder beyond the disclosed estimate, we may notify you and provide any cancellation rights required by law or the applicable preorder program.
Try Before You Buy
If a try-before-you-buy option is offered, the applicable product page or checkout flow will disclose the trial period, billing trigger, return procedure, and any fees or charges that apply if Products are not returned on time or are returned damaged, incomplete, or materially diminished in value beyond ordinary inspection.
Our Right to Cancel
We may cancel or suspend a Purchase Option for any lawful reason, including product discontinuation, fraud concerns, account issues, payment failure, inventory constraints, abuse of the service, or violation of our Terms of Service or other incorporated policies.
Relationship to Other Policies
All Purchase Options remain subject to our Terms of Service, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Warranty & Product Guarantee Policy.
