Overview

We work to ship orders promptly and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains processing times, delivery expectations, optional Shipping Protection, and how we handle common shipping issues.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Product defect, manufacturer warranty, and quality claims are governed by our Warranty & Product Guarantee Policy.

Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing times may be longer during promotions, holidays, peak seasons, low-stock periods, or if additional verification is required.

If an item has a different lead time, preorder status, or fulfillment schedule, that timing may be stated on the product page or in your order confirmation.

Delivery Estimates

After shipment, many orders arrive within approximately 3 to 7 business days, depending on destination, carrier, shipping method, inventory location, and seasonal conditions.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, address issues, and events outside our control may affect delivery times.

Shipment by Seller

Where we are authorized or required to ship a Product to you and do not separately agree to deliver it at a particular destination, we will use a commercially reasonable carrier and shipping method in light of the nature of the Product and the circumstances of the order. Where available, we will provide shipment confirmation and tracking or other notice of shipment.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, additional costs, or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

If you contact us quickly after placing your order, we may be able to help correct an address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Optional Shipping Protection

We may offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout for an additional fee. If purchased, Shipping Protection may provide additional coverage for eligible claims involving packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, subject to the applicable provider's terms, conditions, exclusions, claim procedures, documentation requirements, and approval standards.

Shipping Protection is optional unless expressly stated otherwise. If you decline Shipping Protection, transit-related issues remain subject to this Shipping Policy and the carrier's procedures.

Transit-Related Claims

If you experience a transit-related issue, contact support@candledippers.com promptly with your order number and any available supporting information, including tracking details and photos where applicable. Claims should be reported within the time required by the applicable Shipping Protection provider or carrier and, if no such time is specified, within 7 days after delivery for visible damage or apparent theft, and within 14 days after the latest estimated delivery date for apparent loss in transit.

This section applies to claims involving:

  • Packages that appear lost in transit.
  • Packages marked delivered but believed stolen after delivery.
  • Packages or contents that appear damaged in transit.

If Shipping Protection was purchased, eligible claims will be handled under the applicable Shipping Protection terms and claim procedures. If Shipping Protection was not purchased, we may provide order information, document the issue, or help initiate a carrier inquiry where appropriate, but we do not guarantee reimbursement, replacement, or refund for transit-related loss, theft, or damage, except as otherwise required by law.

For damage claims, you may be asked to preserve the shipping carton, packaging, and contents for inspection or claim processing.

This section does not limit any rights you may have under an applicable written warranty or guarantee for an actual product defect unrelated to transit handling.

Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages. If that happens, tracking information may be provided separately.

International Orders

If we offer international shipping, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges unless we expressly state otherwise. International delivery times vary and may be affected by customs and local carrier handling.

Title and Risk of Loss

Unless we expressly agree in writing to deliver an order at a particular destination, orders are generally shipped under shipment-contract terms. Subject to applicable law, any contrary agreement between the parties, and any breach that affects risk allocation, risk of loss passes to the customer when the Product is duly delivered to the carrier, and if a shipment is expressly agreed to be delivered at a particular destination, risk of loss passes when the Product is duly tendered there.

Title passes as provided by applicable law and any contrary agreement of the parties.

Even so, if a shipping issue arises, we will generally try to help the customer work toward a practical resolution, and where optional Shipping Protection has been purchased, eligible claims may be handled under that program's terms.

This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
